It was nicely packed with an insulated liner. Despite comments I read about the original flavor being bland or not very strong, I found it to be full of flavor and just what I was hoping it would taste like.

I love coffee but don't drink hot things in the summer and don't have time to run to a coffee shop or McDonald's for a cup of iced coffee throughout the day. Pour a measured amount (measured area provided on the bottle) into a cup, add milk (my preference) and sweetener, ice and a straw and call it done.
Just as I was thinking about some iced coffee, the UPS guy shows up with my Cool Brew order. I immediately opened it for a cup.
And it's so fast.
This product is great for making your own drinks and saving lots of money by not going to coffeeshops. I also saved additional money on this product and the shipping ($4 total) by purchasing it from the manufacturer.
I liked the original a lot, but really like the hint of chocolate in the mocha. It's so easy to use. I like this product a lot. It is the best coffee I've had, I think it's as good as the coffee I get from freshly ground beans. I tried both the original and mocha.
The past few summers, I can't live without my CoolBrew, milk, ice and Splenda. I love CoolBrew coffee -- it's the best for making your own iced coffee at home. Sometimes I have to break down and drink it in the winter too.
When I saw it on amazon, I was very excited and ordered it right away. It also has a smoother taste.
It is a fantastic product. Sometimes, I blend that concoction in the blender.
It tastes GREAT over ice with a splash of milk and some splenda. I have no idea why they don't sell this everywhere.
I used to live on this stuff when I lived in New Orleans for college. This cool brew coffee is less acidic than coffee so it is easier on your stomach.
It tastes better than a frapachino.seriously.
